La Cadena is a joint venture between Residences by Greens and Overland Development Company.  This is one of a three multi-family projects that we are bringing to market in the Inland Southern California market.  This site was purchased from Riverside County Transportation Committee as part of a competitive Request for Proposal and is the first development project proposed within the City’s Northside Specific Plan.
