Overland Development originally entitled this site years ago for a market rate project but was later obtained by A Community of Friends for a fully subsidized senior project to house some of Riverside’s most vulnerable population.  An unfortunate statistic in this area is that the fastest growing demographics of the unhoused population are females 55+ and better and this project is very important to the staff at Overland Development.  All entitlements have been approved and the project will in in construction Q2 – 2021.
