Overland Development also works for public entities and we represented the County of Riverside Economic Development Agency.  Overland Development created the strategy to proved a major sewer infrastructure project in this area, all while working on a tri-party agreement between the County of Riverside, Western Municipal Water District and the City of Riverside to construct and fund this much needed infrastructure.
