Greens Development won this city issued RFP from the City of Grand Terrace and brought Overland Development in to join develop.  This is an exciting opportunity to develop in the City of Grand Terrace on Barton Road.  The site is adjacent to the new Stater Brothers shopping center and will consist of 100 multi-family units, a limited service hotel and 6K square feet of retail and restaurants.
