Overland Development has partnered with La Sierra University and has recently signed a 99 year ground lease with the University.  This site will be a 150 unit multi-family adjacent to an existing local shopping center which contains a specialty health grocer.  This project will integrate the two uses together and create a truly urban mixed-use project that will serve the students and community for years to come.
