Overland Development won this city issued RFP with our development partner Greens Development.  Entitlements will be completed Q1-2021 for a 225 key, dual flag Marriott AC and Residence Inn.  The Residence Inn will be the first extended stay product in the Riverside downtown core.  This development also includes the historic fire station #1, which will be an adaptive reuse into a restaurant and creative office space
