Overland Development won this City issued RFP with our development partner, Greens Development.  In addition, Griffin / Swinerton will be the City’s P3 developer for the Riverside Convention Center expansion and public parking lot.  The private side consist of a fully urban mixed-use development with 175 residential units, a full service Hilton Hotel, a limited service Marriott Hotel, a fitness and grocer and 18,000 SF of commercial/retail space and a 220,000 SF class A creative office tower.
